4. Jesus The Word

Jesus The Spoken Word of The Father

4. Jesus The Word

Now, the Bible also teaches that The Word of The LORD was incarnated in human flesh and entered Creation, so that we might see the expression of ELOHIM's heart, mind, character, attributes, will and love. And the Word came to us in the most complete, clear and convincing way: YESHUA.

He is the incarnate Word of ELOHIM who has always existed with Him in eternity.

  • John 1:14 “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. And we beheld His glory, a glory as of an only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth."

  • Revelation 19:13 “He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His name is The Word of God."

He is the incarnate Word of ELOHIM who has always existed with Him in eternity.

  • John 1:14 "EThe Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth."

  • Revelations 19:13 "He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His name is The Word of God."

The same Word that had ordained the appearance of light walked the Earth, dwelt among men, and spoke to mankind. It then becomes clear that, by His infinite power, ELOHIM can at will materialize components of His Being through the power of the Holy Spirit, but they remain intrinsically linked to Him.

  • John. 1:9 "The true Light who gives light to every man was coming into the world."

  • Hebrews. 1:2-4 "But in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His nature, upholding all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. So He became as far superior to the angels as the name He has inherited is excellent beyond theirs."

The Bible teaches that ELOHIM is a triune entity: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit (RUACH in Hebrew) is the presence of the Father who makes Him a reality. The Father (YAHWEH) is the thinking head. The Son (YESHUA) is the Word of the Father made flesh. Thus we speak of the Trinity.

Matthieu 28:19

However, in a much more profound sense, the Trinity is also the expression of the Existence (the Holy Spirit), the Thought (the Father) and the Word (the Son). In this respect, Existence, Thought and the ability to express oneself are also three indivisible realities in human beings, for he who exists will inevitably have thoughts intrinsically linked to his ability to communicate. The same applies to demons: although invisible, they do exist, have negative thoughts and can express themselves.

Trinity in Creation

Note that like ELOHIM (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), the number 3 is an unchanging element in creation.

  • The 3 acts of existence: birth, life, death

  • The essence of the human being: body, mind and soul.

  • Water, which comes from the Father, can only take 3 forms: liquid, solid or gaseous.

  • The only 3 places suitable for the habitation of all that has been created: The sky above, the earth and the sea below.

  • All solid matter is made up of atoms built entirely from 3 particles: the proton, the neutron and the electron. These particles can only carry 3 types of charge: positive charges (protons), negative charges (electrons) and neutral charges (neutrons).

If YESHUA is the Word through whom all things came into existence, we would expect to see a degree of parallelism between what happened at creation and his work during his ministry on earth. What do we observe? YESHUA raised the dead, cast out demons and healed the sick. He performed these miracles in the way we would expect Him to: through His authoritative Word.

  • John 11:43-44 "After Jesus had said this, He called out in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” The man who had been dead came out with his hands and feet bound in strips of linen, and his face wrapped in a cloth. “Unwrap him and let him go,” Jesus told them"

  • Matthew 8:16 'When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to Jesus, and He drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick."

  • Luke 4:32 "and they were astonished at his teaching, for his word possessed authority."

  • Matthew 8:26-27 “You of little faith,” Jesus replied, “why are you so afraid?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it was perfectly calm. The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the sea obey Him!"

  • Mark 5:41-42 "Taking her by the hand, Jesus said, “Talitha koum!” which means, “Little girl, I say to you, get up! Immediately the girl got up and began to walk around. She was twelve years old, and at once they were utterly astounded."

  • Mark 9:25-27 "When Jesus saw that a crowd had come running, He rebuked the unclean spirit. “You deaf and mute spirit,” He said, “I command you to come out and never enter him again.” After shrieking and convulsing him violently, the spirit came out. The boy became like a corpse, so that many said, “He is dead.” But Jesus took him by the hand and helped him to his feet, and he stood up."

May the Holy Spirit guide you through the understanding of this message.
