Revelation From ST-Pierre to ST-Clément

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, one unique God! Understand therefore, O my son, that the Lord existed eternally and before the origin, He who has no beginning nor end. He is exalted far above the exalted, He who is not known by the intelligence, nor by the understanding, He who has no lower part, nor inner part, nor outer part. He is the principle of the Ancient of days and times. He is inconceivable and inexpressible. He is above all. He exists in the beauty of His divinity, above His creatures, with his creatures and under creatures, beauty. He creates a bright light, a light from which the darkness does not approach, He who goes into the lights, He whom the eyes do not see. He existed before creatures. He is the Author of all and the Creator of all, He whose glory comes from Himself. He is the Creator of all things, that He may be glorified, that the greatness of His majesty and the strength of His power may be manifested. He is the Author of both and the heaven and of the earth. Behold, I will shew thee, O my son, that the Most High created his angels before every creature in nine families, and established them to glorify Him with songs, rhythms, and sweet melodies, each according to his own degree. The greatest of them approaches the Throne of the Lord, it is the family of Satna-el, it is the first of all the angels who raise their glorification to the Lord, without ever being silent. On the first Holy Day, that is, the beginning of the days, the firstborn of the days, the Lord created the upper heaven and the earth, the family of the higher angels, that is, the family of Satna-el [angels, archangels, virtues, powers, thrones, principalities, ministers; seraphim and cherubim], brightness and light, day and night, winds, water and fire. He accomplished all this on the first Holy Day with His first Word. On the day that the Lord created all this, the Holy Spirit overshadowed the waters; the waters were blessed and sanctified, and in them multiplied, by procreation, all beings having a living soul.

Below is the in-depth history of Creation. The Bible gives us a brief description of Creation, but we found in some apocryphal books hidden from the general public (such as The Book of Jubilees and The Book of the Succession of Generations), some interesting information about the history of Creation.

  • The Book of Jubilees which is attributed to a revelation made to Moses on Mount Sinai; presents the history of the patriarchs from Creation to the establishment of the feast of Easter. The Book is included in the canon of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, but was not incorporated into the Septuagint because it did not obtain canonical status. The second chapter which seems to complete the account of Genesis, presents to us in a very detailed way certain aspects of the work of the Creation which are only briefly explained in the Bible.

  • The Cave of Treasures - the Book of the Succession of Generations is a text that was undoubtedly written in Mesopotamia. The work is attributed to Saint Mâr Aphrem (Ephraim). And if Ephraim is not the original author, the author surely belonged to the school of Ephraim. The writer of the Cavern of Treasure has largely borrowed from the conflict of Adam and Eve which in its original form dates to the 5th or 6th century AD and is the oldest Christian work on the history of relationships between God and man, of the conflict of Adam and Eve with Satan and of the co-relation between Adam and Christ.

Day 1 - Creation of 7 major works

The Bible

  • Genesis 1:5 "God called the light “day,” and the darkness He called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day."

The Bible also confirms that the angels (the sons of Elohim) preceded the creation of the earth. They witnessed and saw the work of YAHWEH when He created, the firmament, plants, animals and Adam.

  • Job 38: 4-7: "Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth ? Tell Me, if you have understanding. Who fixed its measurements ? Surely you know! Or who stretched a measuring line across it ? On what were its foundations set, or who laid its cornerstone, while the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy ?"

The Book of Jubilees Chapter 2: 2-3

"For on the first day He created the heavens which are above and the earth and the waters and all the spirits which serve before Him —

  • the angels of the presence,

  • and the angels of sanctification,

  • and the angels [of the spirit of fire and the angels] of the spirit of the winds,

  • and the angels of the spirit of the clouds, and of darkness, and of snow and of hail and of hoar frost,

  • and the angels of the voices and of the thunder and of the lightning,

  • and the angels of the spirits of cold and of heat, and of winter and of spring and of autumn and of summer,

  • and of all the spirits of His creatures which are in the heavens and on the earth,

  • (He created) the abysses and the darkness, eventide (and night), and the light, dawn and day, which He hath prepared in the knowledge of His heart.

And thereupon we saw His works, and praised Him, and lauded before Him on account of all His works; for seven great works did He create on the first day."

The Book of the Succession of Generations

"In the beginning, on the First Day, which was the holy First Day of the Week, the chief and Firstborn of all the days, God created the heavens, and the earth, and the waters, and the air, the fire, and the hosts which are invisible that is to say, the Angels, Archangels, Thrones, Lords, Principalities, Powers, Cherubim and Seraphim, and all the ranks and companies of Spiritual beings, and the Light, and the Night, and the Day-time, and the gentle winds and the strong storms. All these were created on the First Day.

And on the First Day of the Week the Spirit of holiness, one of the Persons of the Trinity, hovered over the waters and through the hovering thereof over the; face of the waters, the waters were blessed so that they might become producers of offspring, and they became hot, and the whole nature of the waters glowed with heat, and the leaven of creation was united to them. As the mother-bird makes warm her young by the embrace of her closely covering wings, and the young birds acquire form through the warmth of the heat which they derive from her, so through the operation of the Spirit of holiness, the Spirit, the Paraclete, the leaven of the breath of life was united to the waters when He hovered over them."

The 2nd day - Creation of the Firmament

The-Firmament-PixTeller.png

The Bible

  • Genesis 1:6-8 "And God said, “Let there be an expanse between the waters, to separate the waters from the waters.”7So God made the expanse and separated the waters beneath it from the waters above. And it was so. God called the expanse “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day."

Several verses describe the firmament as a protective vault that surrounds the surface of the earth. A vault is a convex structure on its upper and external face, and concave at its lower and internal face, or in the form of a dome.

  • Psalms 19: 5 "Their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun."

  • Isaiah 40:22 "He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth; its dwellers are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in."

  • Amos 9: 6 "He builds His upper rooms in the heavens and founds His vault upon the earth. He summons the waters of the sea and pours them over the face of the earth. The LORD is His name."

  • Job 37:18 "Have you spread out the expanse of the sky with Him, which is strong as a molten mirror ?"

  • Job 22:14 "Thick clouds veil Him so He does not see us as He traverses the vault of heaven."

The book of Jubilees Chapter 2 - 4

"And on the second day He created the firmament in the midst of the waters, and the waters were divided on that day -half of them went up above and half of them went down below the firmament (that was) in the midst over the face of the whole earth. And this was the only work (God) created on the second day."

The Book of the Succession of Generations

“And on the Second Day God made the Lower Heaven, and called it "REKI'A". This He did that He might make known that the Lower Heaven does not possess the nature of the heaven which is above it, and that it is different in appearance from that heaven which is above it, for the heaven above it is of fire.

And that second heaven is "NÛHRÂ", and this lower heaven is Darpition and because it has the dense nature of water it has been called "REKI'A"

And on the Second Day God made a separation between the waters and the waters, that is to say, between the waters which were above and the waters which were below.

And the ascent of these waters which were above heaven took place on the Second Day, and they were like unto a dense black cloud of thick darkness. Thus were they raised up there, and they mounted up, and behold, they stand above the "REKI'A" in the air; and they do not spread, and they make no motion to any side."

The 3rd day - Creation of 4 large works

The Bible

  • Genesis 1: 11-13 "Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth vegetation: seed-bearing plants and fruit trees, each bearing fruit with seed according to its kind.” And it was so.12The earth produced vegetation: seed-bearing plants according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning— the third day "

The Book of Jubilees Chapter 2: 5-7

"And on the third day He commanded the waters to pass from off the face of the whole earth into one place, and the dry land to appear. And the waters did so as He commanded them, and they retired from off the face of the earth into one place outside of this firmament, and the dry land appeared. And on that day He created for them all the seas according to their separate gathering-places, and all the rivers, and the gatherings of the waters in the mountains and on all the earth, and all the lakes, and all the dew of the earth, and the seed which is sown, and all sprouting things, and fruit-bearing trees, and trees of the wood, and the garden of Eden, in Eden and all plants after their kind. These four great works God created on the third day. "

The Book of the Succession of Generations

"And on the Third Day God commanded the waters that were below the firmament to be gathered together in one place, and the dry land to appear. And when the covering of water had been rolled up from the face of the earth, the earth showed itself to be in an unsettled and unstable state, that is to say, it was of a moist and yielding nature. And the waters were gathered together into seas that were under the earth and within it, and upon it. And God made in the earth from below, corridors, and shafts, and channels for the passage of the waters; and the winds which come from within the earth ascend by means of these corridors and channels, and also the heat and the cold for the service of the earth. Now, as for the earth, the lower part of it is like unto a thick sponge, for it rests on the waters. And on this Third Day God commanded the earth, and it brought forth herbs and vegetables, and it conceived in its interior trees. and seeds, and plants and roots "

The 4th day - Creation of 3 great works

Creation4-PixTeller (1).png

The Bible

  • Genesis 1:16-19: "God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night. And He made the stars as well. God set these lights in the expanse of the sky to shine upon the earth, to preside over the day and the night, and to separate the light from the darkness. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day."

The Book of Jubilees Chapter 2: 8-10

"And on the fourth day He created the sun and the moon and the stars, and set them in the firmament of the heaven, to give light upon all the earth, and to rule over the day and the night, and divide the light from the darkness. And God appointed the sun to be a great sign on the earth for days and for sabbaths and for months and for feasts and for years and for sabbaths of years and for jubilees and for all seasons of the years. And it divideth the light from the darkness [and] for prosperity, that all things may prosper which shoot and grow on the earth. These three kinds He made on the fourth day"

The Book of the Succession of Generations

"And on the Fourth Day God made the sun, and the moon, and the stars. And as soon as the heat of the sun was diffused over the surface of the earth, the earth became hard and rigid, and lost its flaccidity, because the humidity and the dampness caused by the waters were taken away from it. The Creator made the sphere of the sun of fire and filled it with light. And God gave unto the sphere of the moon and the stars bodies of water and air, and filled them with light. And when the dust of the earth became hot, it brought forth all the trees, and plants, and seeds, and roots which had been conceived inside it on the Third Day."

the 5th day - Creation of 3 major works

The Bible

  • Genesis 1: 20-23 "And God said, “Let the waters teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open expanse of the sky.” So God created the great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters teemed according to their kinds, and every bird of flight after its kind. And God saw that it was good. Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters of the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth. So God created the great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters teemed according to their kinds, and every bird of flight after its kind. And God saw that it was good. Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters of the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the fifth day."

The Book of Jubilees Chapter 2: 11-12

"And on the fifth day He created great sea monsters in the depths of the waters, for these were the first things of flesh that were created by his hands, the fish and everything that moves in the waters, and everything that flies, the birds and all their kind. And the sun rose above them to prosper (them), and above everything that was on the earth, everything that shoots out of the earth, and all fruit-bearing trees, and all flesh. These three kinds He created on the fifth day."

The Book of the Succession of Generations

"And on the Fifth Day God commanded the waters, and they brought forth all kind of fish of divers appearances, and creatures which move about, and twist themselves and wriggle in the waters, and serpents, and Leviathan, and beasts of terrible aspects, and feathered fowl of the air and of the waters. And on this same day God made from the earth all the cattle and wild beasts, and all the reptiles which creep about upon the earth."

divider-boom-blasters-loud-custom-car-horns-funny-musical-car-2.png

The 6th day - Creation of 4 great works

The Bible

  • Genesis 1:24-31 “And God said, “Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, land crawlers, and beasts of the earth according to their kinds.” And it was so. God made the beasts of the earth according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and everything that crawls upon the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness, to rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, and over all the earth itself and every creature that crawls upon it.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and every creature that crawls upon the earth.” Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every seed-bearing plant on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit contains seed. They will be yours for food. And to every beast of the earth and every bird of the air and every creature that crawls upon the earth— everything that has the breath of life in it— I have given every green plant for food.” And it was so. And God looked upon all that He had made, and indeed, it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day."

The Book of Jubilees Chapter 2: 13-14

"And on the sixth day He created all the animals of the earth, and all cattle, and everything that moves on the earth. And after all this He created man, a man and a woman created He them, and gave him dominion over all that is upon the earth, and in the seas, and over everything that flies, and over beasts and over cattle, and over everything that moves on the earth, and over the whole earth, and over all this He gave him dominion. And these four kinds He created on the sixth day. And there were altogether two and twenty kinds. And He finished all his work on the sixth day."

The Book of the Succession of Generations

"And on the Sixth Day, which is the Eve of the Sabbath, God formed man out of the dust, and Eve from his rib.

ELOHIM rested on the 7th day: The Sabbath or Saturday

The Book of Jubilees Chapter 2: 17-19

And He gave us a great sign, the Sabbath day, that we should work six days, but keep Sabbath on the seventh day from all work.

And all the angels of the presence, and all the angels of sanctification, these two great classes - He hath bidden us to keep the Sabbath with Him in heaven and on earth. And He said unto us: 'Behold, I will separate unto Myself a people from among all the peoples, and these shall keep the Sabbath day, and I will sanctify them unto Myself as My people, and will bless them; as I have sanctified the Sabbath day and do sanctify (it) unto Myself, even so will I bless them, and they shall be My people and I will be their God.
