Why did a descendant of Ham ruled over Shem and Japhet?

Nimrod, son of Cush and grandson of Ham, was the founder of several Mesopotamian cities and the world’s first powerful ruler. To this end, history and archaeological evidence attest that the line of Ham was the world’s first imperial power, first under Nimrod in Babylon, then under the Pharaohs in Egypt. He subsequently reigned over the descendants of Shem and Japheth in the royal hierarchy.
Genesis 10:8 "Cush was the father of Nimrod, who began to be a mighty one on the earth."
Psalm 68:32 "Princes shall come out of Egypt"
According to Sefer ha-Yashar or the Book of Jasher, when Nimrod was 18 years old, a war broke out between the Hamites (his relatives) and the Japhetites. The latter were victorious at first, but Nimrod, leading a small army of Cushites, attacked and defeated them, whereupon he became king over all the peoples of the earth and appointed Terah, father of Abraham from Shem's bloodline, as his minister and servant.
Yet, it seems somewhat odd that Nimrod, grandson of Ham, became the first king to establish a powerful empire on earth and inhabit the most prosperous region of the world, only 130 years after the flood and at a time when Noah and those to whom he and his descendants had been subjected were still alive. If Ham was the one who humiliated his father, it implies that the curse he was under precluded him and his descendants from attaining kingship, as they were condemned to serve the descendants of Shem and Japheth, not to rule over them.
This would not be called into question if Nimrod had descended from Japheth's bloodline, for a certain degree of greatness was bestowed upon his lineage.

If the curse of Canaan was meant to subject Ham's descendants to servitude, why was Nimrod, Ham's grandson, also known as Baal/Osiris, the first king of the earth? And why, throughout history, has the global elite remained under the authority of the cult of Baal/Osiris (Nimrod), to the point of erecting memorials in his honor throughout the world?

Obelisks: The Shaft of Baal (Nimrod)
Obelisks originated in Egypt and were typically erected at the entrance to temples of Isis or other temples of the many sun deities. The Greek historian Diodorus reports that Semiramis erected a 40-meter obelisk in Babylon, which was associated with sun worship and represented the phallus of her son, the god Baal/Osiris. Her obelisk is nowhere to be found and is known as the Lost Obelisk of Babylon. Several Masonic authors claim that the word "obelisk" literally means 'Baal's shaft' or 'Baal's organ of reproduction'. Obelisks are phallic symbols that pay homage to Nimrod. This pagan globalist cult of the phallus promotes the worship of the male sexual organ and reaffirms the objectives of those who control the world. And because it is sexual in nature, the implications are the rampant proliferation of sex slavery, forced prostitution, sexual abuse, child rape, pedophilia, pornography, etc. throughout the world. Obelisks can be found in many cities around the world, particularly close to emblematic monuments such as the Washington Monument, the Obelisk in St. Peter's Square in Vatican City, the Luxor Obelisk in the Champs-Élysées in Paris and in Egypt, the Buenos Aires Obelisk, the Flaminio and Lateran Obelisks in Rome, and many more.
